Hi Nick, this is amazing..

Though I have heard of side hustle nation a long time but never took it serious cause I was never a big fan of podcasts .

But I thank God I came across your site.

Keep up the good work.

One thing that Nick L. mentioned that I want to re-iterate is to make sure you have the correct licenses and insurance in place. I needed to hire someone to wall-mount a couple TVs in my home this year and my HOA requires a Certificate of Insurance for any contractor that works in the building (which is reasonable and pretty standard). I was shocked by how many potential TV installers turned down the job as soon as I mentioned the COI. I wound up using the Geek Squad because I was sick of calling around and getting turned down. Geek Squad had no issue producing the COI.

REally appreciate it. Full of actionable stuff. Nice job to the Nicks. Really liked the tip on your labor, simplify and pay more and quit looking for unicorns, great tips.
